Shipping & returns

Singapore: US$5 flat per order.

International: US$15 flat per order.

Orders with more than three shirts add US$2 for each extra shirt. The exact total is shown in your cart before you pay.

Printing takes up to one business day. Delivery time after that depends on the destination and carrier — typically a few days within Singapore and longer for international addresses.

Once your order ships we record the ship date and tracking number and share them with you by email.

We ship to Singapore and internationally. Pickup is not available.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility.

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give a full refund, including shipping.

Email support@rematchnow.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. You won't need to send the shirt back unless we ask.

Please check the size before ordering. Because shirts are made to order, size exchanges are not covered unless we sent the wrong size.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are printed. Contact us as soon as possible — printing starts within one business day.
