Privacy

Your name, email, delivery address and order choices when you buy; your email and song answers when you create a song; and basic technical data such as a hashed network address to prevent abuse.

To process and ship orders, send order and shipping updates, create and share songs you make, and keep the service safe. If you opt in, we may send occasional Rematch news, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Our printer and carriers receive your name and delivery address to fulfil your order. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details. We don't sell your data.

Songs you choose to publish, including the sender name you give, may be shown publicly on Rematch and club pages. Your email is never shown.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
